No more vacations in Miami Beach
I saw here that a group of Rabbonim have prohibited visiting (and kal vachomer living in) Miami Beach because of the pritzus. The question we need to ask is NYC that much better in the summer? Where does it stop?
If you look at the names at the bottom of the letter, they are all signed by the Rebbes of various Chassidic sects- Skulen, Pupa, Karlsburg, Vizhnitz-- Rebbes who, although they might be respected well enough outside their spheres of influence, doubtfully carry their authority into the Yeshivish or (certainly not) MO worlds. I'd chalk this one up to those wacky Chassidim.
